At Urban Wholesale, we strive to ensure your satisfaction by offering a streamlined return process for products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. We are committed to providing a transparent and efficient experience to keep your business operations running smoothly.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Log into your wholesale account portal and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and initiate a formal request.

• 2.
  Await Approval

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours to ensure it meets our bulk return guidelines and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship the parcel to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned inventory, we will process your refund to the original payment method or apply a credit to your Urban Wholesale account within 5-7 business days.
